Throughout his 25 year career, he has established a reputation as a transformational leader who is driven by challenge, undeterred by obstacles, and committed to furthering standards of excellence. His ability to build consensus among executive teams and stakeholders to promote transparency and influence positive change has been repeatedly proven. He has over 20 years of building global strategic solutions with a primary focus in Identity credentials, whether it documents, digital and or smartcard-based. Steve has an extensive background and has worked in over 95 countries globally.

Before joining KIS Global GmbH in April 2020, Steve has previously held positions as Head of Global Product Development and Head of Channel Sales at Entrust Datacard. Other Senior Level roles and Datalogic and Zebra Technologies. Along with establishing and operating Identity Access Management Consultancy Ltd. In his current role, he will manage and deploy a global strategy and lead a team of highly experienced Vice Presidents of Channel Sales along with Marketing, Service and Operations. His dedication on delivering a range of solutions within Government, Financial and Enterprise markets along with expanding our range of Cybersecurity, SaaS, Remote Monitoring Management, PKI and Authentication solutions via multiple channel partners globally is his mission.

Uwe Ludwig

As CEO of KIS Global GmbH, Uwe has responsibility for Building and Leading an International Team of industry specialists.

His primary focus of establishing a channel business and distribution network. With over 25 Years of experience, Uwe has an extensive background in providing secure documents, software and personalisation solutions to Government, Financial and Public Sector.

Before joining KIS Global GmbH in April 2020, Uwe has previously held the CEO position at American Banknote Corporation, Vice President of Sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa for HID Global / LaserCard Corporation. Before this Uwe co-founded Cards & More GmbH, an ID solution enterprise, and Challenge Card Design GmbH, which was a leading manufacturer of high-quality speciality cards, these companies were acquired by LaserCard Corporation in 2004 and HID Global in 2011.

In his current role, he assists with the strategic growth of desktop card personalisation solutions within governments, financial and enterprise markets. He was focusing on implementing Digital Identity credentialing solutions whether they are National ID, Driver License, Passport, Physical and Logical access control projects. By taking a whole of life cycle approach, Uwe possesses a complete understanding of this complex and ever-changing market.

Tomoyoshi Kariya

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO of KIS Global GmbH, Tomoyoshi has overall responsibility for Global Financial strategy at KIS Global GmbH.

Within finance, he guides the controller, treasury, shareholder relations, accounting, tax, and internal audit functions to pursue the company’s aggressive growth strategy and meet its clients’ and investors’ expectations.

Throughout his 25 year career, he has established a reputation as a leader and has managed multiple business segments at Kanematsu Corporation working in the UK, Bangkok and presently in Germany.

Before joining KIS Global GmbH in April 2020, Tomoyoshi has General Manager of Electronics and Devices Dept. of Kanematsu GmbH. He has over 25 years of building a global trading business.

In his current role, he will manage global financial strategy and a team of professionals to deliver world-class service to our channel partners globally.

Ian Mobe

Director of Technical & Professional Service

As Director of Technical & Professional Service of KIS Global GmbH, Ian has responsibility for Professional Service, Technical Support and Service Operations globally.

With a career spanning two decades in card identity and credentials, Ian brings a wealth of product experience, and knowledge to KISG. It all started with Fujitsu with a stop at Polaroid and globetrotting with Zebra Technologies and recently HID Global.

He has held senior roles in pre/post-sales technical engineering and support as well as training and project management. Passion and dedication are his trademarks. He has been instrumental in product development working with R&D and Product Management. He also has a good track record in qualifying tenders and working with system integrator to win projects. KIS Global today epitomizes what is best in Japanese trustworthy Engineering. For that reason, I am proud to bring my little penny contribution to that edifice. I am turning a new page as I join KIS Global as Director of Technical and Professional Services.

With a career spanning over 10 Years at Kanematsu Corporation, Doris brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in delivering world class customer experience and engaging with our channel partners to ensure we deliver the highest levels of engagement, support and delivery.
